Deposit Account Disclosures
All deposit accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to $250,000 per depositor. Interest rates are subject to change without notice. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is accurate as of the statement date and may change after the account is opened.

- Monthly service fees may apply and are disclosed in your account agreement
- Early withdrawal penalties apply to certificates of deposit (CDs)
- Money market accounts may have transaction limitations per federal regulation
Loan Disclosures
All loans are subject to credit approval. Terms, conditions, and rates may vary based on creditworthiness, loan amount, and collateral. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the cost of your credit expressed as a yearly rate.

- Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest advertised rates
- Additional fees may apply, including origination fees, appraisal fees, and closing costs
- Late payment fees and penalty rates may apply as disclosed in your loan agreement

Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosures
Your ability to access electronic fund transfer services is subject to our policies and procedures. Liability for unauthorized transfers depends on when you report the loss or theft.
- If you report loss/theft before any unauthorized transfers: $0 liability
- If reported within 2 business days: Up to $50 liability
- If reported after 2 business days but within 60 days: Up to $500 liability
- If not reported within 60 days: Unlimited liability
Truth in Savings Disclosure
In accordance with the Truth in Savings Act, we provide the following information:
- Fee schedules are available upon request and at all branch locations
- Interest rate information is current as of the date disclosed
- Compounding and crediting policies are disclosed in your account agreement
- Balance calculation methods are explained in your account documentation
